What is the Education Law Reporter?
The Education Law Reporter: Elementary & Secondary is a monthly publication, (September to June), which reports in clear, straightforward language and in a very timely manner, the most recent legal decisions and legal developments, with practical implications and applications for members of the education community and their legal counsel. This publication was begun in 1989 by Eleanor Doctor, B.Ed. M.A. LL.B. to serve the education community she was part of for twenty years. It is designed to help subscribers prevent involvement in costly, time-consuming and stressful legal disputes.

Subscription Costs
$155.00 per year including the Online Research Service, for the environmentally friendly electronic version, which arrives approximately two weeks before our optional printed version. If subscribers require the printed version as well, there is a nominal additional fee of $25.00 per year. Add 5% GST.
